At Feathers Galleria on the Plaza, we take great pride in offering unique, one-of-a-kind artwork, jewelry, and fine pieces. Due to the nature of our inventory, all sales are considered final.
All purchases made in-store or through direct communication with Feathers Galleria on the Plaza are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
In the rare event that an item is found to be damaged or defective at the time of purchase, please notify us immediately at the time of pickup or delivery. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of purchase, and the item must remain in its original condition.
Feathers Galleria on the Plaza reserves the right to inspect the item and determine, at its sole discretion, whether a repair, replacement, store credit, or other resolution will be offered.
All custom pieces, special orders, and one-of-a-kind commissioned works are non-refundable and non-returnable.
